Anzac Slice with Dried Fruit
Favorite recipe of our Edmondson Park 1 chef Pina.

200 grams of Flour
200 grams of Oats
200 grams of Desiccated Coconut
Handful of Dried Fruit of Your Choice (Cranberries, apricot etc.)
1 can of Tinned Apples
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
100 grams of Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
250grams of Melted Butter
- Combine all dried ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Then mix in your vanilla extract and butter.
- Preheat your oven to 160 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients to form a thick batter.
- Prepare a large baking tray with some baking paper.
- Pour batter into your baking tray and press flat.
- Place your tray into the oven and let it cook for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden.
- Once cook leave it too cool down for 20 minutes.
- Your slice is now ready to serve and enjoy!
