My passion for early childhood education started when I was looking into care for my daughter, and it quickly grew into a desire to contribute to the sector and make a difference in the quality of education and care provided to children. I love supporting my teams, exploring new ideas, and fostering an environment where we can achieve meaningful and innovative outcomes together. My leadership style is motivating, energetic, and empowering, and I’m guided by a philosophy of open communication, trust, and intentional mentorship.
