As Regional Manager working closely with Area Managers and services, I embrace the privilege of supporting and empowering our dedicated Area Managers, Nominated Supervisors and Educators. My focus is on promoting the health, safety, and well-being of every child, ensuring they thrive through high-quality early learning experiences that prioritise their best interests. With over 20 years in the sector and as a mother of two, I understand the trust families place in our services. I believe in creating nurturing environments where every child can flourish and have their views respected. Creating a child-safe environment is a responsibility I take seriously, and I help ensure that every service offers the enriching environment that supports each child's development. I am committed to ensuring that our services implement the National Quality Framework and comply with the National Law and Regulations while fostering strong relationships with families and the community. As someone who's spent years nurturing young mind, I’m excited to dive into this year’s Children’s Week theme: “Children have the right to a clean and safe environment.” Raising my own kids while caring for the little ones in our centers constantly reminds me just how important this message is.
