Banana Bread

Favourite recipe of our Edmondson Park 2 chef Sam.

6 ripe bananas

300 gm sugar

2 large eggs

160 ml oil

160 ml milk

2 cup flour shive

2 tablespoons baking powder

 

Mash ripe bananas in a bowl, then mix sugar and eggs together in the bowl. Shive the flour into the bowl with the sugar, eggs and banana then add oil, milk, and baking powder. All mix together and then add ingredients to a greased pan to bake for 160 degrees for 45 mins or until when skewer becomes dry in the middle.
