Spaghetti Bolognese

Favorite recipe of our Dapto 2 chef Phillip.

5 Tins of black beans 

5kg of Spaghetti 

5kg beef mince 

1 Tsp Minced Garlic 

3 TBSP Minced onion 

1 Tin diced italian tomato 

1 Bottle pasta sauce 

5 TBSP Tomato sauce 

5 TBSP Tomato paste 

5 TBSP Italian herbs, salt and pepper. 

 

  1. Saute onion and garlic, add herbs and the beef on a medium heat.
  2. Add Italian diced tomato and tomato paste and tomato sauce, salt and pepper for taste. 
  3. Add the black beans and simmer 
  4. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
